Where Will You Make an Impact?

Remote Setter - Dania Beach

The Remote Setter is responsible for contacting new leads quickly, following up with customers, answering basic questions, and booking qualified appointments for the inspection/sales team. This role requires strong phone skills, fast response time, clear communication, and consistent follow-up.

This position is best for someone who is organized, comfortable making calls and sending texts, and able to keep leads moving through the pipeline. The goal is to turn interested homeowners into scheduled appointments while keeping the calendar full and clean.

The Director of Sales leads the full sales operation, including both the inside setter team and the field inspector/sales team. This person is responsible for improving close rates, booking quality, follow-up, sales training, scripts, pricing discipline, daily accountability, and making sure leads turn into booked and sold jobs.

This role is for a strong sales operator, not just a manager. The right person knows how to coach reps, listen to calls, review numbers, fix weak points in the sales process, and work closely with marketing and operations to grow revenue.

The Director of Operations oversees the daily execution of the business across field crews, office workflows, scheduling, customer experience, job completion, systems, and team accountability. This person makes sure jobs move smoothly from sold to scheduled to completed, while improving processes, solving bottlenecks, and keeping departments aligned.

This role is best for someone with strong leadership, organization, and home-service or construction operations experience. The right candidate can manage people, build systems, track KPIs, improve quality, and help the company scale without chaos.

The Door Knocker is a field marketing role focused on creating new opportunities by speaking with homeowners face-to-face. This person introduces Attic Fanatics, identifies homes that may need attic insulation or related services, gathers interest, and helps book appointments for inspections.

This role is best for someone energetic, confident, and comfortable approaching people in person. Success comes from consistency, a positive attitude, clear communication, and the ability to handle rejection while continuing to create new leads.

The Installation Crew is the hands-on field team that completes attic insulation, removal, ductwork, and related home-service projects. This role involves physical work in attics, loading materials, protecting the customer’s home, following safety procedures, taking job photos, and making sure the work is completed cleanly and professionally.

This is best for dependable people who are comfortable working in tight spaces, heat, insulation, and construction-style environments. Experience with insulation, ductwork, roofing, HVAC, or general labor is helpful, but the most important qualities are reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

The Inspector / Sales Rep visits customers’ homes, inspects the attic or duct system, explains the problems clearly, and provides the right solution for the customer. This role is a mix of estimator, consultant, and salesperson — the inspector must be able to build trust, identify the scope of work, create accurate estimates, explain pricing, and help customers move forward.

This position is best for someone who is confident speaking with homeowners, organized with notes/photos, comfortable using a CRM or phone app, and motivated by performance. Home-service sales, construction, roofing, HVAC, pest control, or insulation experience is a plus.

The Crew Manager leads an installation crew in the field and is responsible for making sure each job is done correctly, safely, cleanly, and on time. This role includes managing crew members, confirming materials, communicating job progress, uploading photos, following the workflow, and making sure the customer’s home is respected.

This position is best for someone with field experience, leadership ability, and strong accountability. The Crew Manager must be able to keep the team moving, solve small job-site problems, communicate with the office, and make sure the finished work meets Attic Fanatics standards.
